DEGCHI MEAT
 

1 Kg Mutton
3 Onions
100 ml Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Gram masala powder
1 tbsp Dhania Powder
1tbsp Red chilly power
1 tbsp Haldi Power
Salt to taste
3 Medium sized tomatoes or 1 cup curd
12Garlic Pearis
1 Piece Ginger (211\111)
Kewra Jal

 
Heat mustard oil the smell goes Out Take 3 onions bhunao in Mustard oil then add garam masala and bhunao till brown Then add Dhania powder Haldi and Red chilly powder mixed together in water and bhunao Add mutton and salt and bhunao for 2 to 3 minutes Then add 1 glass water and let it cook for 10 minutes Heat mustard oil in small frying pan add garlic and ginger chopped till golden brown Add Garlic and ginner to the main pot After a few minutes add tomatoes (chopped) or curd to and let it simmer Then add kewra jal and let it cook on slow heat till mutton is tender Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
